Wu is Longevity Star in temple; Zi more able to melt solitude

Tianliang in Zi/Wu Life Palace: opposite is Taiyang, Wealth Palace is Tianji and Taiyin, Career Palace is Tiantong. Tianliang is like an overseer: clear and noble, talks discipline. Opposite Taiyang is bright, keen on public good, making Tianliang cleaner, able to act upright without favoritism. Wu is called Longevity Star in temple pattern; the classics say Liang sitting Wu: office is clean, reputation is upright, people live longer. The three directions can form Ji-Yue-Tong-Liang, and can also meet as Yang-Liang-Chang-Lu or Wen-Liang-Zhen-Ji: all name greater than profit, the body more able to last. Tianliang is a shade star; this shade is disaster first, then resolution. Body Palace in Tiantong: lifelong less afraid of great misfortune. The weakness is Spouse Palace Jumen in fall: many knots in the heart; if not hot quarrel then cold war. Outside, affinity with the other sex is good, so marriage easily swings. Taiyang scatters: people are lofty, love to pick, love to be the boss; rapport easily suffers. In Zi, opposite Taiyang in Wu, solitude is shallower; in Wu, opposite Taiyang in Zi, people are deeper, quieter, less joyful.

Learning points: Tianliang in Zi/Wu Life Palace

  1. Yang-Liang-Chang-Lu complete before commerce or politics fit: meeting noble stars, people are thick and upright; can do politics or commerce, can lead one trade—physician, lawyer, elected representative. Must have Yang-Liang-Chang-Lu qualified. Meeting malefics and Hua Ji, public office or scholarship fits; commerce does not, flexibility not enough.
  2. Zi/Wu sitting alone, principles play out fullest: sitting as one star, oversight and impeachment ability show most; Taiyang further strengthens principle. Meeting auspicious stars, elected representatives, oversight commissioners, or high court judges all fit, and can make results.
  3. With auspicious stars, correcting people is heard: Taiyang weights pickiness; rapport easily suffers. Three directions with noble and auspicious stars: people are thick and square; correcting others can still make them submit. Meeting malefics, criticism easily draws resentment; pointing at others does not fit, easy to make enemies.
  4. Wen-Liang-Zhen-Ji: suited to judges and oversight: favors Wenchang and Wenqu in the same palace or shining over: impeachment force increases, favors official path. Meeting Lucun, Zuofu, Youbi, Tiankui, and Tianyue again, it becomes Wen-Liang-Zhen-Ji: upright, good speech, suited to judges and oversight, able to lift discipline.
  5. The shade is for others, not for yourself: opposite Taiyang; both are keen on public good, give without taking; life often serves as others’ nobleman. Favors auspicious stars to help resolve. With malefics, people are busy resolving disaster, even more toil; fortune does not turn to themselves.

To close this article. Tianliang in Zi/Wu in temple: principles play out fullest, can become a leader of one trade. Yang-Liang-Chang-Lu complete, can do politics or commerce; meeting malefics and Hua Ji, public office and scholarship fit, commerce does not. Opposite Taiyang: the shade is for others, not yourself. With auspicious stars, correcting people is heard.

I think three sentences are enough. First, shade is disaster first, then resolution—not no disaster. Second, first watch the mouth, then clear nobility can stay. Third, Yang-Liang-Chang-Lu complete before talking of being a leader.
